1. Default Meetical Template

The Default Meetical Template starts with the meeting overview macro, containing all essential meeting information like date, time, location and participants.

This meeting template has a result focused agenda and consists of:

2. Team Update Meeting Template

A team update meeting to update each other on current work, track action items and record recent highlights.

The Team Update Meeting starts with the meeting overview macro, containing all essential meeting information like date, time, location and participants.

This meeting template is focused on getting everyone up-to-date with the status of projects and actions and contains:

  • Overview - date, time, location, participants, description
  • Agenda
    • Highlights
      • What's worth announcing and writing down?
        • What’s worth knowing for people who are absent today?
        • This section is also intended to keep other stakeholders up-to-date with key information

3. One-on-one Meeting Template

A feedback meeting template for a 1-on-1 between managers and direct reports. This regular check-in helps to maintain a good relationship, discuss recent performance and evaluate short-term goals.

The One-on-one Meeting Template starts with the meeting overview macro, containing all essential meeting information like date, time, location and participants.

This meeting template is ideal for regular check-ins between employees and superiors and contains:

  • Kickoff
    • Some questions for inspiration - The goal of a 1-on-1 → Build a good relationship between a manager/coach with direct reports and provide support to help them perform at their best and have a great work experience.

      • What were something fun and exciting happening lastly?
      • What are our current goals / how are we doing with regards to them? (both)

4. Weekly Tactical Meeting

A tactical meeting for teams and departments starting with a lightning round, a progress review and a collaborative, dynamic agenda.

This meeting template is ideal for big meetings between teams and department and contains:

  • Set the stage
    • Lightning round instructions
      • A quick, around-the-table reporting session without questions in which everyone indicates their top priorities for the week. – 1 minute for each team member.

      • Review the most important key metrics in just 5 minutes. Ideally filled before the meeting or in real-time. Avoid lengthy discussions here, and move on to the Agenda quickly.

        • Allow both new items on the fly and use this page to propose topics ahead of time.
        • Allow 5 minutes of silence during the meeting, where everyone writes her/his most important topics down (max 1-3, depending on the size of the group).
