Information Collection And Use
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.
Types of Data Collected
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
- Email address
- First name and last name
- Phone number
- Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City
- Cookies and Usage Data
We do not store any calendar or event details on our databases. Furthermore we do not store or access data from your Calendar outside of the scope necessary to provide our service. Where necessary, we might store identifiers to your data, such as event IDs as well as information necessary to access systems on your behalf. We provide the necessary guidance and mechanisms to fully revoke access to these systems at any time.
While we do not store any detail data on our databases, we might use portions of event details for debugging and logging purpose. Please see section "Log files" below for more details.
Data from your Atlassian Account
We do not store any data from your Atlassian Cloud or Atlassian ID account.
Data from your Confluence Server Account
To provide our service, for example to create and update Confluence pages on your behalf, we do need access to your Confluence data via credentials or an API key ("authorization data") you provide us. This authorization data is fully encrypted with a secure algorithm (SHA 256-bit). The decrypt key is stored separately from the data, and makes your data stay safe if a potential security breach would allow temporary access to our databases.
We never store any Confluence data like page titles or page contents on our permanent databases. However, log files, caching technologies and log services might temporary contain such data (see section 'Log files' below).
Moreover, we use Caching Technologies to improve the performance of our systems, where the same principles as for our Logs apply.
We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
